I release the organizer of the retreat and any associated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the retreat.

Cancellation policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the number of days between the reservation date and the check-in date. Please note the refund timelines below that are specific to your reservation.

All cancellations are subject to a CA$200 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your stay before February 16, 2026: You will receive a 50% credit towards another Tara Krishan’s retreat within a year from your originally scheduled arrival date.

If you cancel your stay after February 16, 2026: No refund will be given.
