1 CYCLE = 1 MEDITATION
Every 40 days, we move through one Kundalini meditation. Repetition allows your nervous system to truly integrate the experience, opening new layers within. You can join at any time and stay for as many cycles as it feels right.

CHOOSE YOUR WARMUP
Before meditation, you can choose a short 15-minute warmup from the library based on how your body feels today. New sequences are added three times a week — keeping your practice alive, responsive, and attuned to you.

JOURNAL & REFLECT
Each day has a theme. It gently guides your attention and brings meaning to your practice. From there, you are invited to reflect on one question. This is where awareness deepens, and your mind recognizes real changes.
