Beloved,
Sometimes what keeps a story alive is not the event itself, but the way we continue to hold it.
The mind returns, the body contracts, and the same movement repeats inside us.
Today we practice something very simple: allowing what has happened to exist without interference.
When we stop pushing against a memory or pulling it closer, something quiet begins to happen.
The grip softens. The charge dissolves. And what once felt unfinished naturally comes to rest.
Completion does not always come from doing something.
Sometimes it appears when we allow everything to be exactly as it is.
Today’s Focus
Allow what has been to simply be.
