Today, we turn our attention to those old places of hurt, the names and faces that still stir our emotions.
As you meditate, let your awareness rest in the chest. Notice any tension or tightness there. Breathe into it. Allow the heart to soften, even just a little.
There is no need to push. Only to witness. Only to be present.
