Beloved,

Today we begin a very tender part of this journey.

Many people believe forgiveness is only about forgiving others.
But often the deepest forgiveness we need is toward our own mind.

Thoughts appear constantly.
Some are kind.
Some are fearful.
Some are confusing or uncomfortable.

But thoughts themselves are not mistakes.

They are movements of the mind.

Today we practice not fighting them, not judging them — only allowing them to pass through with compassion.

You are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness that witnesses them.
