The body remembers what the mind tries to forget.
Forgiveness is not only mental — it is deeply somatic.
Today we gently include the body in this journey.
As you meditate, allow your awareness to soften downward into the body.
Where there is tightness… breathe.
Where there is holding… soften.
No force. Only presence.
